New beds!

We went yesterday to get the kids some bunk beds. They are sharing a room now and we really needed to get Corban out of the crib before much longer. They both love their new beds. The ladder rungs are too far apart for Corban to even attempt climbing so we are safe for right now. Riley thinks it is her new jungle gym! She hangs off the ladder and swings around. Bedtime is so much easier right now as they both can't wait to climb into bed!

This is Riley sitting on her top bunk! She loves being up out of Corban's reach and frequently climbs up to read a book or play quietly without being bothered. She also got to go to the store with Daddy and choose a new comforter. She picked Ariel from the Little Mermaid which is currently her favourite movie.

 This is Corban in his new bed with his new Cars sheets and comforter. He absolutely loves it and crawls in and out of it all day! He's not so sure about giving up his crib though. He tries to get into that too! Hopefully by the time the baby arrives he will be over that!

Yesterday Marlin took the kids on an adventure to the hardware store. He had them pick out their own clothes and get dressed. Riley helped Corban choose his clothes and put on his shoes! They ended up wearing mismatched socks and Corban's jeans were more like capri's but they had fun doing it. I wanted to make them a sign that said "Daddy dressed me!"
