Yesterday we decided to do a little science experiment. We took a little whipping cream and poured it into a nalgene bottle.
Then shake... and shake...
and shake some more!
About 15 minutes of shaking and this is what we had.
Separate out the buttermilk (which was yummy and sweet by the way!)...
And we were left with some YUMMY homemade butter!
Delicious!!
While mummy was doing most of the shaking, (the kids have very little arms and I needed a workout!) the kids took water color paper and put droppers full (or is it dropper fulls?) of food coloring water on it. Then they took a straw and blew it all around to create some awesome artwork.
