we have had.
Let me tell you of the drama.
Thursday: Marlin put a heart worm medicine for out dog in his bowl. He then told Corban that there was a snack in Chase's bowl. Corban took that to mean it was a snack for him and promptly ate it. We apparently need to be more specific as to who the snack is for.
Friday: Corban decided to "help" me cook his eggs for breakfast. He dragged the chair over and was a big help until I pulled the pan off the stove element. He reached out a placed his left hand on the element and got 2nd degree burns.

Saturday: We were eating dinner when Corban started to scream. He developed a rash all over his body and his cheeks puffed up like a chipmunk. A quick trip to the emergency room later, we think he is allergic to shell fish and we now have an epipen in the cupboard in case it happens again (kinda scary I must say).
Now for the week... Early Tuesday morning Riley and I started a lovely tummy bug. Now please remember that Riley has a cast on her leg. She did an awesome job of getting her self to he bathroom most of the time but on one occasion she missed and her cast caught the brunt of the attack. Then of course we put her in the shower without thinking and her cast got soaked... they take FOREVER to dry.
Yesterday afternoon Marlin took her to the orthopedic specialist to have her cast
removed, her leg was so cold and wet!
They took an x-ray and her leg is almost healed. Because of how active she has been on the cast they put another, more light weight one on for a week just so she doesn't damage it again. We got to keep the cast, and it's STILL wet!

She was very brave getting the cast off and much more comfortable in her new, light-weight, purple one. She is now over the bug. Marlin and Corban have it now and mine is still lingering. Gatorade and chicken broth for us!
