Yesterday was Riley's very first day of preschool!
It was such a special day so she got to eat her breakfast on the "You are special today" plate.
Time for the traditional first day of school pictures... kind of felt odd without a uniform though!
The stump in the meadow made for an awesome seat for the pictures. Riley had to get up a lot earlier than normal so it took her a little while to fully wake up.
This is our favorite photo from the morning. Riley was a little nervous about starting school and it shows in this picture. She did great though! It was perfect as the letter of the week is R! Tomorrow (the 11th) is her 4th birthday and she is very excited about taking cup cakes for snack to share with everybody at school.
We will attempt to get some pictures of her school and her teacher, Miss April, tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Riley! Wow, what a big girl. :) And yay for preschool! She looks beautiful, guys, and yes, that photo definitely captures something lovely!
